Congratulations on your pregnancy. So, you are 8 weeks pregnant now? Week 8 of pregnancy is a good moment. However, according to medical journals, some pregnant women may experience such discomfort during week 8 of pregnancy. It is good to know how to prevent the discomfort so that it does not appear during your pregnancy. First of all, you can improve your lifestyle during your pregnancy period. It is good to increase the nutrition intake from vegetables and fruits and increase the water intake to prevent constipation. Secondly, you can do such easy workouts for pregnant woman. Doing easy workouts can keep yourself away from any physical discomfort, such as heartburn and swelling. Besides, you can cut off your sodium intake to reduce swelling, especially unhealthy swelling.


When you are 8 weeks pregnant, there are a lot of new experiences you will get. Always keeping yourself healthy is the key to achieve successful pregnancy. Improving your lifestyle and doing such workouts will help your body and pregnancy to be stronger and healthier.
